How do we get ahold of you if an order is messed up?
If you receive the wrong order, size or need to get in touch with us, please feel free to message us on the bottom of the page under "Get in Touch". If you follow us on Instagram you can also send us a DM, let us know what's going on for a quick response so we can make things right!
How long does it take to get my products?
Since we are a small business, shipping and delivery take anywhere between 10-24 days depending on holiday closures, number of orders and processing times. Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Do you offer returns & refunds?
We offer returns but not refunds. We are working on this aspect of the business and will be able to process refunds soon! If you need to make a return please contact us via email or Instagram DM so we can help ASAP!
Do you ship everywhere?
For now, Flote only ships within the U.S but we are working on expanding our offerings international!
